What the calculation includes

Direct cost combines quantity-scaled material and productive machine time with order-level labor and other costs. The failure/rework percentage is a transparent cost buffer applied to that direct cost; it is not a measured defect probability.

The floor is the price that recovers the modeled cost after the entered percentage selling fee. The target price additionally reserves the chosen contribution margin on selling price. Fixed per-order fees, taxes, shipping, discounts, advertising, currency conversion, and channel-specific rules are not modeled unless you include an appropriate amount in other order-level costs.
